Thank you to everyone who packed boxes for Operation Christmas Child this year!
Last year, a small group of women from RVC packed 5 boxes. This year, as we opened up the opportunity to the whole church, we had an ambitious goal of packing 25 boxes.
As a church, we packed a total of 29 boxes for children in need around the world!
That is…
…29 children who will hear the Gospel, likely for the first time
…29 children who will be introduced to Jehovah-jireh – the God who provides
…29 children who will have the opportunity to get to know Jesus more intimately through a 12-week discipleship program
…29 children who will be offered New Testaments
…29 children who have been specifically and individually covered in prayer
…29 families who will learn the true meaning of Christmas
…29 families who will feel God’s love in a tangible way
…29 families who will ponder the faith that led people from across the world to send them gifts
…29 families who may be led to step inside a church for the first time
